I missed 6 whole points on a 60 point homework assignment!
It turns out that, yes, this is the sort of thing that I obsess over. 6 points! 6 POINTS!!!
During my first round of college it never occurred to me to be upset by something like this. I could just work harder next time, or choose not to work harder next time and accept the consequences. After all, that's not a lousy grade, and attaining simply decent grades leaves more time for things like sleep.
But this time around, it's simply unacceptable. I'm not spending this much time and money and energy to get merely passable grades.

Anyone academic knows that 6 points on a 60 point assignment is an entire letter grade. I feel for you. Although it's probably an A- and not a B. So you're okay. ;)
No, the way they do the grades, 90% is a B. A solid B, but still.
