Elijah at baseball practice. Rob is assistant coaching. He's DANG good looking in his baseball get-up!
Mowing the lawn for the first time and Elijah saying, "Did you go around the flowers?"
Daffodils, tulips, and grape hyacinths. Lilacs on the way!
Putting away the winter coat. (Too early, do you think? It was a gamble.)
All the neighborhood kids in the backyard. Boys playing tag, girls making a witch's brew out of leaves and grass.
Blooming strawberries.
Driving home from baseball practice to find Tank on the front porch waiting for me, jumping up and down as I drive in, running over to give me a hug as soon as I step out of the car.
Feeling tired because I've been outside in the sun.
Reading a book on the front steps, just because I can.
Not freezing every day. Evidenced by: Not wearing slippers or a robe, and not showering twice a day, just to warm up.
Ignoring the house inside because I'm too busy planning and dreaming about the garden outside!
Elijah saying, "But it can't be bed time. It's not dark yet!"

My room is a disaster, because I try to spend my precious free time in the garden. Hello, Spring!
In related news, it snowed this morning (kinda) in Utah. *sigh* I hate my life.
Saw that it's snowing in UT, so GLAD we don't live there anymore! I take baths/showers twice a day in the winter to warm up too.
Glad I'm not the only one addicted to showers in the winter! I don't know how people stay warm without it.
