Today I am feeling grateful.
For pre-Spring days. The sun coming out. Kids without coats. Swing sets with mud puddles under the swings.
For Hamilton County Parks and good times learning about maple syrup.
For my knees which, though being abused for years, have worked more often than not.
For my children who are hilarious and kind and wonderful, even when they're crazy-hyper.
For Rob getting a new boss in July. One who treats him like a person. Strange idea, to treat people like people instead of dogs.
For books. Beautiful, amazing, entertaining books.
For Rob.
For planned cross-country road trips to National Parks and more. Staying with my parents for weeks and weeks, just for the fun of it. For children who are old enough to remember all of it.
For a tax refund check. Here comes more food storage. Getting out of debt faster. Increasing financial stability.
For my parents, who are still two of my best advice-givers.
For RB, who is amazing. And funny. And has a baby who hates me.
For electricity. But especially for light bulbs. Candles are SO impractical, even if they are romantic.
For my life. I really like it. It's nothing "special," but it's mine.

I am not sure "hate" is the word I would use. Maybe... Greatly dislikes.
Love you too.
I'm glad you love your life. I love mine, too!
